Major Rebuild & Component History:
• Engine & Fuel System: Fuel system tested and calibrated 2022 @ 8,058 hrs – new fuel transfer pump, lines, and high-pressure calibration performed. No active fault codes.
• Hydraulics: Left boom cylinder resealed and fitted with new head and seal kit 2022 @ 8,161 hrs. Stick cylinder resealed and tested 2020 @ 6,719 hrs. Hydraulic pilot accumulator serviced 2025.
• Cooling System: Upper radiator hoses, water pump, and coolant system replaced 2022 @ 7,998 hrs. Cooling system pressure-tested and verified for correct operation.
• Electrical System: New batteries installed June 2025; new starter installed 2022 @ 7,860 hrs; product link and monitoring system software updated 2021.
• Air Conditioning: A/C compressor, belt, and dryer replaced 2022 @ 7,998 hrs; system evacuated, recharged, and tested to specification.
• DPF & Emissions: Diesel particulate filter service performed 2021 @ 7,381 hrs – ash burn test, filter cleaning, and ARD head spark plug replacement.
• Structural & Pins: Bucket pin seals replaced and shimmed 2020; all boom and stick joints cleaned and greased during 2025 inspection.
• General Maintenance: Regular PM1–PM4 services completed at factory intervals including SOS fluid sampling, oil/filter changes, and lubrication. Most recent inspection and service completed Sept 2025 @ 8,530 hrs.
