Yazdani setup a construction equipment spare parts company that traded parts from Japan, United Kingdom and United States. The company evolved through 47 years of hard work, constant search of new opportunities and innovation in the construction industry. Mico Group and its partners are now involved in engineering, construction, pile and civil engineering foundation, manufacturing of construction equipment and attachments, and trading of world renowned brands of heavy construction equipment across the globe. | |

In 1985, the company incorporated a rental division which supplies rental equipment to companies in developing regions of South East Asia, Middle East & Africa. In 2007, the rental division incorporated Mico's own brand of Equipment being manufactured in China.

In 2007, a decision was made to introduce our own brand of heavy construction equipment consisting of soil compactors, vibratory rollers, wheel loaders, and motor graders . These machines are being assembled in China with European quality and emission standards. The same machines are being used by our rental division working on infrastructure projects in 3 different continents. |
